Photography Terms & Conditions

We recommend all customers read these Terms & Conditions of business.

Printing

All photographs will be printed within 3 weeks from being ordered. All orders must be placed within 2 weeks of attending your photoshoot at paws and claws photography.- Please supply the image numbers for printing.

Should you be unhappy with your pictures, a full refund will be given or resolved so that you are happy.

Should you write a negative review without contacting first for the situation to be resolved, you will not be refunded. It is very easy to resolve issues without writing a negative review.

3 digital pictures edited are provided. I just need to know the Image numbers to print this.

Printed photographs shall only be refunded once they have been received by the customer. In order to get a full refund, the pictures must be returned.

Downloads

All digital files are sent via Dropbox or We Transfer. The link for this will arrive in an email to the email address provided by the customer. The image files must be downloaded within 3 days. A refund will not be given if they are not downloaded within this timeframe.

Gift Vouchers & Offers

Gift vouchers may be used in my studio or at any event- they cannot be used on the 6×4 or 10×8 options.

A free 10×8 is available with any purchase at events. This must be requested on the day of your photoshoot and is not redeemable after the show/event.

At any event that Paws and Claws Photography attends, we offer a free 10×8 picture with any purchase. The 10×8 pictures must be requested before payment is made. A refund will not be made should you not request this or if you are unhappy with the picture when received in the post.

Damage in Transit

Should your photographs be damaged in the post, they will be reprinted free of charge once the damaged photographs have been returned.

Other

All pictures are unframed.
